Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 June 2026

These terms cover your use of the REFLCT website at reflct.org and the waitlist it offers. By joining the waitlist you agree to them.

1. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest in early access to the REFLCT app. It is not a purchase, a guarantee of access, or a promise of any specific launch date, pricing, or feature set — all of which may change as we build.

2. Founding-member offer

Any founding-member pricing referenced on this site is an early-supporter offer that may be limited in quantity and time, and is subject to the final terms presented in the app at launch.

3. The "Should I Send This?" demo

The demo on this site is an illustrative, in-browser tool for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not professional, legal, relationship, or mental-health advice. You are responsible for your own communications and decisions.

4. Acceptable use

5. Intellectual property

The REFLCT name, logo, copy, and design are ours. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

6. No warranty & limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, REFLCT is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the demo.

7. Not a medical service

REFLCT is an emotional-wellness companion, not a provider of therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line such as 988 (US).

8. Changes & contact

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Questions: hello@reflct.org.

This is a plain-language starting template provided to get you live. Have a lawyer review it before public launch.
